vital to improving our school environment. The survey focuses on essential areas such as
school safety, student well-being, and engagement. Participation is voluntary, and if you do
not wish your child to participate, you must notify the school.
Survey Content
The survey gathers student engagement, safety, school connectedness, and emotional well-
being information. You may review the questionnaire in the school office or on the district

Students may skip any question they do not wish to answer and stop the survey anytime.

The survey will be administered in February.
